Scene 1 – The Tiny Shock

Milo reached for the metal door handle.

*TIK!*

He jumped back and shook his hand.

Milo: “Ow! The door attacked me!”

Nova raised an eyebrow.

Nova: “Doors don’t attack people.”

Just then, Dr. Zaptain walked in, adjusting his glasses.

Dr. Zaptain: “Ah! I see the door has introduced you to static electricity.”

Milo frowned.

Milo: “Static what?”

Dr. Zaptain smiled and pointed to the carpet.

Dr. Zaptain: “Shuffle your feet across the carpet and try the handle again.”

Milo did as he was told, then carefully reached for the handle once more.

*TIK!*

He jumped again.

Milo: “Okay… now the door is definitely doing it on purpose.”

Dr. Zaptain adjusting his glasses.

Dr. Zaptain: “Come with me, Cadets. This calls for a proper experiment.”
